Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Esnaf.io account (the esnaf.io web application and the Esnaf.io mobile app for Android and iOS) and what happens to your data when you do.

How to delete your account

In the app (fastest): sign in, open Profile (Profil), scroll to the "Delete account" section and confirm by typing the confirmation word. Your account is deleted immediately — no email needed.

If you can no longer sign in: send an email to support@esnaf.io from the email address your account is registered with, with the subject line "Account Deletion", and include the company name you use in Esnaf.io. We will confirm the request by replying to your registered address before deleting anything; deletion completes within 30 days of confirmation.

What is deleted

• Your user profile: name, email address, sign-in identifiers (including Google/Apple sign-in links) and notification tokens.
• Your company workspace and its business records: products, stock and warehouse data, contacts, ledgers, quotes and documents you created.
• Uploaded images and files, and any print templates you designed.

What may be retained

• Invoices and other commercial documents that we are legally required to keep (for example under applicable tax and commercial record-keeping laws) are retained for the statutory retention period and then permanently deleted.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged automatically within 90 days.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store must be cancelled separately in your store account; deleting your Esnaf.io account does not cancel a store subscription.

You can also request deletion of specific records without closing your account by writing to the same address.

Hesabınızı nasıl silersiniz

Uygulama içinden (en hızlısı): giriş yapın, Profil sayfasını açın, "Hesabı sil" bölümüne inin ve onay kelimesini yazarak doğrulayın. Hesabınız hemen silinir — e-posta göndermenize gerek yoktur.

Giriş yapamıyorsanız: hesabınızın kayıtlı e-posta adresinden, konu satırına "Hesap Silme" yazarak support@esnaf.io adresine e-posta gönderin ve Esnaf.io'da kullandığınız işletme adını ekleyin. Silme işleminden önce talebinizi kayıtlı adresinize yanıt vererek doğrularız; silme, doğrulamadan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır.

Silinenler

• Kullanıcı profiliniz: ad, e-posta adresi, oturum açma kimlikleri (Google/Apple ile giriş bağlantıları dahil) ve bildirim jetonları.
• İşletme çalışma alanınız ve iş kayıtlarınız: ürünler, stok ve depo verileri, cariler, defterler, teklifler ve oluşturduğunuz belgeler.
• Yüklenen görseller ve dosyalar ile tasarladığınız yazdırma şablonları.

Saklanabilecekler

• Yasal olarak saklamakla yükümlü olduğumuz fatura ve benzeri ticari belgeler (ör. vergi ve ticari kayıt mevzuatı gereği) yasal saklama süresi boyunca tutulur, süre sonunda kalıcı olarak silinir.
• Şifreli yedeklerdeki kalıntı kopyalar en geç 90 gün içinde otomatik olarak temizlenir.

Google Play veya App Store üzerinden alınan abonelikler mağaza hesabınızdan ayrıca iptal edilmelidir; Esnaf.io hesabınızı silmek mağaza aboneliğini iptal etmez.

Hesabınızı kapatmadan yalnızca belirli kayıtların silinmesini de aynı adrese yazarak talep edebilirsiniz.
